JAG Metals will accept returns with a 25% restocking fee for all unopened or unused items upon inspection and returned within 5 business days. Items that are not eligible for return include but are not limited to; sheets, trim, doors, frames, hardware, torch cut items, welding supplies, special ordered items and all opened items, such as closures, screws, tacky tape and insulation.
