Please review and verify all the information on your quotes and orders prior to placing your order. All orders require an email confirmation before the order is produced. JAG Metals LLC provides a takeoff service as a courtesy and is not liable for errors or omission.
ORDER CUT OFF TIMES
Weatherford
All orders placed before 2:00pm will be ready for pickup at the Weatherford location within 24 hours, however, there is no guarantee of this during peak times unless otherwise requested.
Springtown
Deliveries to Springtown are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed before 5:00pm on FRIDAY will be available for pick in Springtown on TUESDAY. Orders placed before 5:00pm on TUESDAY can be picked up on THURSDAY.
An order placed after 5:00 pm (at either location) via fax or email will be treated as the next day order.
PICKUP POLICY
Due to limited storage, we will store your order for a reasonable amount of time. After 10 days past your pickup date, JAG is no longer responsible for any onsite damages to your order, liable for placing it back in stock with a restocking fee.
DELIVERY SERVICE
We offer delivery to all JAG Metals customers. Orders must be inspected and approved upon delivery along with the date and signature of the person who accepted the delivery. Please contact us for pricing.
RETURN AND RESTOCKING FEE
NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL MATERIAL. We will accept returns for all unopened or unused items upon inspection and returned within 30 days at the same location you pick up your order. Items that are not eligible for return include but are not limited to; sheets, trim, doors, frames, hardware, torch cut items, welding supplies, special ordered items and all opened items, such as closures, screws, tacky tape and installation. All orders must be inspected and invoice(s) signed by the customer before leaving the yard.
STOCKING AND PRICING POLICY
Most items are kept in stock at all times, but please call to verify pricing and availability. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. We can also special order items for you, but they are nonrefundable.
PAYMENT
All orders (standard and specialty orders) must be paid in full before leaving the yard. We accept payment in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, and wire transfers.
